I think I will always remember 2019. We're not yet half way through and already I feel like it's moving at an incredible pace. I have been working on a list of goals for myself: professional, personal, nutrition, fitness, and aesthetic. I'm delighted to report that all are progressing well, and I'm really feeling on top form.
One of the hugest developments in my career life lately has been that I've taken the step of joining the presenter team at YogaFit retreats! I'm not a yoga teacher, as most of you already know. I've been invited to teach my classes, as the retreat offers a variety of different class options and is really suitable for everyone - and I'll also doing a couple of talks. Needless to say, I'm bloody thrilled to be seizing this opportunity with both hands.
